Key Selection Criteria:

- Proven high-level skills to effectively support a multi-faceted, complex, and sensitive development area, managing competing pressures and tight timeframes and identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.
- Ability to provide research, analytical and investigative skills to identify priorities and achieve quality results in a context of competing priorities and expectations.
- Demonstrated significant interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to consult and liaise collaboratively with stakeholders, respond effectively to the requirements of a diverse client base, identify and analyse conflict and successfully negotiate complex and sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated experience and contemporary understanding of the energy and natural resources industries, mining sector operations and key participants, heavy industry decarbonisation initiatives, copper production, critical minerals processing, mine electrification and sustainable fuels. Understanding of market trends and challenges, would be advantageous.
Remuneration:
ASO6 classification, $97, 022 - $102,626 per annum
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
Special Conditions
- This is a contract/term vacancy up to 30/6/2025.
- DEM encourages flexible working arrangements such as part time work, job share, compressed weeks and purchased leave. Arrangements are negotiated with the appropriate Manager.
