Salary $119,592 - $128,466 per annum (based on 2023-2026 Enterprise Agreement)

Legal Aid has a fantastic opportunity for an Information Systems Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide leadership across communication and change for Information Systems, and engagement with the broader organisation to identify process and system improvement initiatives.
The position will be the business process and system change manager and administer data quality, reporting on business and service activity and stakeholder engagement activities as they relate to Legal Aid’s IT systems:
- develop a business change implementation plan to identify required changes to processes, procedures, systems, structures, ways of working using a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change
- develop and execute change management strategies and project plans to support the successful implementation of system upgrades and replacements
- analyse validity, reliability and completeness of data to ensure that an acceptable level of data quality is being maintained
- prepare regular performance and service reports as requested by management for Legal Aid’s board, funders and the Commonwealth and ACT governments; this will include statistical reports that relate to clients, services and suppliers to support planning and decision making
- management of the service contract with Legal Aid’s IT Service Provider
- management and oversight of Legal Aid’s client and document management systems
- lead the enablement and continuous improvement of business and information technology systems in partnership with relevant stakeholders
