Responsibilities:
- Ensure all IT Infrastructures are maintained and operational at all times with service continuity planning processes.
- Work in Windows server administration including Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, file server and print server.
- Procure IT hardware, software and services.
- Administration support on laptops, desktops, and other hardware equipment.
- Evaluate and manage critical security, governance, and risk associated with IT infrastructure and identify priority areas for remediation.
- Identity and access management for all IT systems and services.
- Understand networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall management (Fortigate).
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex operational IT infrastructure issues.
- IT Support and service desk management with Jira Service Management.
- Maintain documentation with Confluence and provide timely reports.
- Assist in all IT infrastructure project delivery.
Your skills:
- We require a minimum 2-years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra), Sharepoint and other services.
- Experience in AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and provide outstanding customer service through good verbal and written communication.
- Must be able to demonstrate prior high-quality systems documentation.
- Strong and proven technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be hands-on and have a passion for learning and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
