Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data
- Monitor and maintain the company's servers, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Manage and maintain the company's website and other online platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
