Our client is looking for Infrastructure Analyst who will provide Infrastructure Operations services for all VMware, Active directory services, Windows server operating systems, SCCM, Storage and recovery technology.
You will be responsible for fulfilling the roles of internal infrastructure management, continuous improvement, and delivery of infrastructure services in a high pressure 24/7 environment. This role will have roster and provide 24*7 support once every six weeks, time in lieu will be provide for on call support.
Key Skills Required:
- VMWare Expert: Experience in multisite VMWare environments including administration, build and management.
- Experience in Server Administration covering Microsoft Server 2003 up to current server operating systems (2022)
- Proven experience in operating a complex operational environment covering multiple 24*7 sites and technologies including but not limited to Azure, VMware, Windows, Citrix, and Office 365.
- Demonstrable experience in the use of, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft File Servers, backup technologies (BackupExec, cloud), Windows 10/11,Office 365 Administration
- Experience in configuration, allocation, and administration of SAN technologies.
- Storage administration of existing Pure, Dell & EMC devices.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory including Group Policy administration and support. AD Administration, Troubleshooting Group Policy issues, creating new Group Policy's to fix problems
- Provide excellent customer services to all the teams on server and desktop issues.
- Working knowledge of Dell servers & Other technologies would be an advantage.
- Using vendor tools to build, manage and maintain the hardware fleet, Rack and Stack capability desirable.
- Relevant Microsoft qualifications for Windows Server Required
- Relevant VMWare qualifications/ SCCM qualifications/ Citrix qualifications
- ITIL Certification v4 (foundation) Desirable
