• Detailed knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in business analysis techniques, including analysis of business and technical functions, processes, and workshop facilitation to elicit business and user needs.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple competing tasks, manage changes to work requirements, and deliver quality results within tight time frames.
• Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
• Understanding of key customer automating business process models and cloud-based services etc.
• Experience working with AWS Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS).
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP) data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
• Experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.).
• Good to have experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Google App scripting etc.)
• Good to have experience in webservice, POSTMAN, REST, SOAP, REST APIs.
Analysis and Feedback:
• Conduct research to create value added/proactive proposals for prospective/existing stakeholders.
• Conduct interactive workshops for employees to generate process improvement ideas.
• Presenting data, sharing analysis and getting concurrence from stakeholders on actions (for assigned processes).
• Participate in development of test cases with IHACPA SMEs, UAT, Process Governance and Go Live activities.

The key duties of the position include
As a Business Analyst - you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between internal and external stakeholders and technical teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cyber security experts, system engineers, developers, and business stakeholders, to analyse business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of integrations.
This position supports IHACPA's Infrastructure and business improvement programme.
The role includes but not limited to:
• Scope and document business requirements for new systems or system improvement, including but not limited to the SDMS, restricted access data portals and public facing properties.
• Translate and consolidate business requirements into clear and concise technical and functional specifications to be used by the development team.
• Facilitate business process mapping/design workshops for Internal and external stakeholders to develop as-is and to-be process maps.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders by, advising on risk, proactively propose risk mitigation strategies, and manage expectations.
• Analyse process maps to improve business processes and data flows.
• Assist in the execution and management of RFPs/RFQs, tenders, and other technology/services procurements and existing contracts.
• Providing advice on applications for privacy impact certificates and/or privacy impact assessments.
