What you will be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Infrastructure and Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leasing a portfolio of commercial properties to be established as election offices for the 2024 local government elections
Providing Infrastructure and Facilities management support to a portfolio of election offices established across the State
Reconciling invoices for leases, utilities and Facilities maintenance charges
Management of data and records over the project period.
What you will bring to the role
Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
Superior teamwork skills, with a proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects with limited supervision
Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills with experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High-level verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to the VEC's core values
