We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Project Coordinator to oversee the NBN Enterprise Ethernet rollout for CSR which will replace existing NBN services to provide more bandwidth with an increased quality of service. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our Project Manager to plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget, scope, and exceeding customer expectations. Safety is our top priority, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining rigorous safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Accountable for the planning and coordination of the NBN Enterprise Ethernet rollout for Australian CSR sites.
• Develop a site rollout schedule considering geographic location, NBN capability, CSR IT/partner staff availability, and travel costs.
• Coordinate the site access process for the NBN installation, ensuring that the strict WHSE (safety) processes are followed, and the required documentation is completed prior to NBN contractor access.
• Work with the health and safety team to address any issues or risks related to site access and the NBN installation.
• Work with the IT operations team to plan the configuration of the SD-WAN equipment and time the cutover at an agreed time with the business to minimise disruption.
• Monitor the progress and status of the NBN installation across the sites and provide regular updates to the project manager and the stakeholders.
• Escalate any issues or delays to the project manager and the NBN service provider and propose solutions to resolve them.

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Project Coordinator or similar roles.
• IT degree, industry certifications or significant experience in IT industry.
• PMBOK, Prince 2 or similar waterfall project management qualifications.
• Broad understanding of IT technologies.
• Ability to quickly comprehend technical concepts and issues related to projects and articulate these with stakeholders.
• Ability to think of the bigger picture to deliver the right solution for CSR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
