Overview of the Role:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Fulltime Junior Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small Project team delivering minor construction Projects across Perth Metro area for a government client. Your duties will include however are not limited to:
- Undertake Site visits with clients to scope works and prepare cost estimates in a timely manner
- Under Project procurement using applicable software and following company procedures
- Prepare Site Schedules & methodologies prior to commencing site works
- Preparation of OHS documentation
- Undertake reporting to clients on Project Milestones.
Essential qualifications:
- Trade Qualification/ Construction experience
- White Card.
- Minimum C class driver’s license with reliable transport.
- National Police Clearance (within 3 months).
Experience:
- Trade Background
- Computer Skills- Basic
Essential Criteria:
- Ability to pass a Pre-employment Medical, including a Drug and Alcohol Screening.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, written, numeracy and communication skills.
- Encourages a safe work environment with regards to the safety of self, colleagues, workers and the public.
- Effective interpersonal and communication.
- High level of comprehension and ability to plan and instruct others.
