As an Infrastructure Services Officer, you will assist in the maintenance and administration of the Department's Cloud and Collaboration services including Video Conferencing, and the Microsoft Teams platform. You will provide support, diagnose and resolve incidents; and provide operational support by monitoring and maintaining these services. You will also be exposed to: Microsoft Teams Telephony and Contact Centre Software.
Network management, including the deployment of new technologies such as Starlink. Contract management. This position works within the Infrastructure Services business unit, which is an innovative and agile team; and plays a key role in managing and maintaining the Department’s hybrid cloud services to ensure availability, currency and performance of core Infrastructure Services to support the systems and applications used by the agency to deliver frontline services to the WA community.
