About the Role
You will be leading a team of 2 infrastructure engineers an facilitating the delivery of high-quality technology services.
With a balance between BAU and upcoming IT project work, this role is a mix between hands-on technical work and team management.
This role reports to the Head of IT service delivery.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Experienced with leading and mentoring a team of infrastructure engineers;
- Hands-on in handling server, network, and security systems management;
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Stack, end-user computing as well as Azure and on prem environment;
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a must (master's degree would be highly regarded);
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate well vendors and stakeholders; and
- A "can do approach" and collaborative attitude taking ownership of the process.
