What you'll do
- Manage a diverse caseload, guiding clients on their rehabilitation journey.
- Utilise various techniques and clinical skills to engage and empower clients.
- Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid office and remote work set-up.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored solutions for clients' workplace needs.
- Either mentor and empower or be mentored to fostering growth and development.
- Forge strong partnerships through engaging with referrers and nurturing repeat business opportunities.
- Document and communicate insights effectively, contributing to informed decision-making processes.

- Tertiary qualified in various allied health disciplines, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and more.
- Registered with relevant professional bodies ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- You may have recently graduated or have years of experience in the workplace industry – if you are wanting to learn and be part of an experienced team of professionals, we look forward to hearing from you.
