About the Role: We have an incredible entry level vacancy for a full time 6 month fixed term (with possibility to become ongoing) Injury Management Coordinator to join our Redfern, Sydney office. In this administrative support role you will have the opportunity to assist the Injury Management Team with WHS tasks as well as manage a small portfolio of workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims with relevant supervision. This is an amazing opportunity for training and career development for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Injury Management Team including injury allocation, records management, system and process administration and other duties as required Administrative maintenance of incident reporting and Injury Management databases including managing user access, entering missing data and maintaining system reporting including claims cost data Manage WHS and Injury Management Service Now tickets Triage new injuries lodged within Solv Injury Proactively manage allocated workers compensation claims in order to reduce overall claim duration and deliver positive outcomes for the organisation About you: Prior experience with administrative support and interest in WHS Cert IV in WHS or equivalent (preferred) Exposure to Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources or a related field (preferred) Working knowledge of Injury Management processes, policies and legislation
