Injury Management Officer

Mater Human Resources are looking for a Injury Management Officer to join the team! This permanent, full-time role will be based between our Newstead and South Brisbane campuses.Salary range: $35.45 - $ 39.62 per hour plus (+ increase on 1 July 2024) superannuation and +What you'll be doingThis role provides administrative support and assistance within the rehabilitation and return to work management service across Mater state-wide. You will achieve this by:

• Providing operational and administrative support within the Injury Management service across Mater state-wide.
• Liaising and engage with WorkCover Queensland to assist with wage submissions and payments.
• Creation of claims and maintenance of current Injury Management platforms and systems.
• Proactively contribute to the wider Injury Management.
• Lodgement of workers compensation claims and upload of associated medical information.
• Build close working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate the preparation of Injury Management reports.
• Updating templates and relevant documentation.

About youIdeally you will have previous experience in Occupational rehabilitation.
