Senior Injury ManagementTechnical Writer for up to 6 months to expedite updates to identified Injury Management processes and information resources. The role will work in the Injury Management Team of the Organisational Safety and Well being unit.

The role supports departments to meet its obligations to appropriately support staff with injury, illness or disability under the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003, Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 and the Public Sector Act 2022.
Description
· Review and update identified Injury Management processes and information resources in collaboration with the Principal Injury Management Consultant in OSW, including but not limited to:
- Re-employment process guidelines, forms and correspondence templates
- Redeployment process guidelines
- Fact sheets, FAQs and templates on the CHW website and IM SharePoint site
· Consult with stakeholders to co-design enhancements to processes and information resources.
· Coordinate liaison, communication and interaction with stakeholders for high engagement and ownership of the updates.
· Deliver information and training sessions to stakeholders on the updated processes and information resources.
· Support stakeholders to implement the updated processes with further PD, communications and advice as required.
· Work in conjunction with the OSW Projects team to deliver virtual workshops for the updated RRTWC online course assessments

· Updated re-employment guidelines and interim form with correspondence templates
· Develop new re-employment eForm with further updated guidelines and correspondence templates
· Deliver MS Teams information sessions to SIMCs on updated processes and key information resources
· Develop redeployment process guidelines in consultation with SIMCs, Recruitment team and PS Commission
· Develop key communications to support implementation of updated processes
· Updated fact sheets, FAQs and templates published to CHW and IM SharePoint site
· Deliver MS Teams workshops for RRTWC course assessments.
