About the role:
- Process complex injury claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with Workcover for information tracking.
- Respond independently to standard claims; collaborate on complex cases.
- Ensure compliance through communication with Principals and BCEO managers.
- Collaborate on complex Workcover matters with the Senior Injury Management Lead.
- Gather evidence for Workcover claims, including witness statements.
- Reconcile BCE Workcover claims reports against external data.
- Create accurate reports for Health and Safety using online data.
- Manage weekly wages liability, ensuring legislative compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal or related health discipline or extensive Return to Work Coordination.
- Return to Work Coordinator accreditation/certification desirable.
- Proven experience in Injury Management and Workcover claims coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
