This role will be based in their plant in Rooty Hills, NSW with work from home option available and it offers long-term career development opportunity. 

The Role

Reporting directly to the R&D Manager, you will be a crucial member supporting the R&D team. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Supporting the R&D team and working with a cross-functional teams to enhance product and process projects.
• Managing data and keeping records up to date and accurate
• Conduct routine testing and complete reports 
• Support trials such as setting up site, manage samples and raise PO's for suppliers and new materials. 
• Assist in artwork approvals 
• Conduct sensory testing and evaluation 

  
Your BackgroundIn order to be successful for this role, you will need:

• Food manufacturing experience is desirable
• Experience in a production, machine operator, chef or administration position is highly desirable 
• Strong ability to work autonomously and have excellent time management skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels.
