Join the team as a professional Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll support the Partners with all EA duties and assist the CFO with HR-related matters. If you excel in report preparation, scheduling, travel coordination, and have a solid understanding of HR, we want to hear from you!
Dynamic Responsibilities:
You'll be at the heart of operations, supporting partners, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring every day is different and challenging.
Strategic Impact:
Your work will directly contribute to the success of the business, involving report and documentation preparation for key stakeholders and investors.
Creative Collaboration:
Utilise your skills in InDesign, PowerPoint, and other creative applications to craft engaging presentations and materials.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports, strategy papers, and other documentation
- Managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Reconciling expenses and supporting accounts
- Organising functions and events
- Liaising with partners and stakeholders
- Running personal errands
- Planning office events and initiatives
- Supporting executive team members
- Assist with co-ordination of recruitment process
- Manage administration of employment law compliance
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding
- Professional Development/Review process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with InDesign, PowerPoint, and creative applications
- Excellent writing skills
- A degree or higher education
- Corporate head office experience
- Previous experience supporting senior executive teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Business or administration qualifications preferred
