We are currently seeking an Innovation Projects Planner to join our dynamic and innovative development team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Innovation & Development, this role will involve overseeing all projects within the team, keeping track of the overall schedule, and closely monitoring project delivery dates to ensure successful and timely completion of our new product development projects. We need someone who loves process, is an absolute star at working well with people to get to great outcomes and knows how to bring projects home on time!
The role is based in our brand-new office at Sydney Olympic Park, which includes onsite parking. You will have the flexibility to work from home on certain days.
Your weekly responsibilities include:
Project Management: Leveraging your previous experience in project management, you will be tasked with creating, maintaining and reporting on the project plans and schedules within the Innovation Department.
Gate Process: Having been trained and experienced in the stage gate process, you will implement and manage the gate process during project planning to ensure smooth transition of each project from one phase to the next. You are familiar with digital systems and maintaining digital databases.
Administration & Organisation: A key aspect of this role is strong administrative and organisational skills. You will need to keep your records and reporting details up-to-date and accurate.
Communication: Effective communication is critical. You will need to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and project requirements to team members and stakeholders. Keeping everyone on track and aligned.
