The Inside Account Manager (IAM) is responsible for managing and growing existing end user accounts whilst supporting closure of New ‘greenfield’ Business opportunities/leads through demand generation activities. This role is responsible for achieving KCP net sales and profitability objectives for end users in their designated Book of Business via leading all aspects of commercial relationships.
You will use technical product and platform knowledge and advanced remote selling skills, to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives, to drive activities that will deliver greater program compliance, reduce customer churn and deliver exceptional customer experience.
This position may be based out of one of our KCP office locations : either North Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and grow an existing group of assigned end user locations in order to achieve their financial and customer business objectives. Preserve current business, shift product mix to improve margin
Works with & leverages key client contacts both external and internal to execute business plan initiatives and drive results
Collaborates with team to achieve targeted profitability, growth and churn KPI’s
Help execute Business Plans and drive top line growth with existing end user customers
Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at end user accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
Schedule Monthly campaign calls that target specific End-Users, focusing on specific initiative that has been established to the KAM lead
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with KCP Field Sales Team and KCP Channel Partners (DSRs) concerning all issues, concerns and opportunities that could impact business performance
Offer general administrative support to aligned KAMs, including Dispenser Supply Agreements, Account Set Up, Salesforce maintenance
About You
3-5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience. B2B and/or knowledge of distribution channels experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, familiarity with MS Office suite
Proven experience using video technology to provide training and engage contacts
Able to work independently to create and drive compelling strategic business plans while working in a team-selling environment
Demonstrated success in managing sales opportunity pipelines and lead management
Well-developed collaboration, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
