We are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant with an engaging personality across all communication channels (face to face, video, phone and email).
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- developing long-term trustworthy relationships
- building and maintaining a list of leads and customers
- speaking with key decision makers
- developing knowledge of a range of products and services to identify sales opportunities and add value for customers
- keeping CRM up-to-date with activity.
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with:
- Proven success and experience in a Sales role
- Strong motivation to deliver a high level of service
- A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers
- Willingness to learn and be coached for success
- excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
