Inside Sales / Internal Sales Consultant - Phone Based

Blue Ink Group is a Canberra business and a leading provider of office supplies, promotional products, schools supplies, printers, toners and so much more. We have a strong B2B client base in the ACT & Sydney markets.

We are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant with an engaging personality across all communication channels (face to face, video, phone and email).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• engaging with customers to understand their needs and challenges
• developing long-term trustworthy relationships
• building and maintaining a list of leads and customers
• speaking with key decision makers
• developing knowledge of a range of products and services to identify sales opportunities and add value for customers
• keeping CRM up-to-date with activity.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

• Proven success and experience in a Sales role 
• Strong motivation to deliver a high level of service
• A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
• Ability to develop strong relationships with customers
• Willingness to learn and be coached for success
• excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.

This is a permanent full-time position. Salary + Super + Commissions
