- Manage a high-rise portfolio of under 10 buildings

- Dedicated Assistant to support you

- Managing day-to-day operations of your portfolio
- Liaising with property owners and contractors
- Experience with dealing with cladding/complex building issues
- Organising and attending Owners Corporation meetings online and onsite
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing a high-rise portfolio
- Passionate on delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- wanting growth and development and an opportunity to progress in the role
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Enjoy working in a team environment and also autonomously
