- Provide leadership and strategic guidance to 6-10 Inside Account Managers
- Support your team in developing their skills through regular coaching and training sessions.
- Ensure that your team is high performing and the members are culturally aligned and aware of how their role impacts business strategy.
- Enable the team to conduct face-to-face client meetings by building the capability, in order to provide a positive customer experience
- Accurately report to senior leadership on performance and keeping them updated on the strategy.
- Work with other sales team leaders to drive revenue growth results, e.g. Marketing, Sales Operations
- 5 years of sales management or team leadership experience
- More than 5 years experience within a Sales or commercially focused Account Management role
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Managing F2F sales or commercially focused Account Management teams
