Your exceptional administration skills together your ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders will also ensure your success in this role.
Providing administrative support
Maintaining and updating our database and agreements
Pro-actively communicating with clients by email and phone
Generating quotes, invoices, and proposals
Preparing sales orders
Handover of sales opportunities to our Technical Account Managers.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
A sales administration professional with a positive, proactive and can do attitude
A team player who can work collaboratively.
Experience with vendor deal registrations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
