The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) are responsible for driving an uplift in the Consumer Data and Analytics capability across the Retail Bank. The area comprises of several functions to support the goals of Group priorities within the Data and Analytics!

Do work that matters
As an Insights & Analytics Manager you will address key needs to further the value of analytics by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume. You will work collaboratively with your Squad, Chapter and stakeholders to deliver on our mission to help build a brighter future for our customers and the communities using state of the art data and analytics processes.
You will be a key part of bringing to life the ambitious Data and Analytics Practice Roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with upgrading and migrating reporting platform from Tableau to Power BI
- Work with a range of stakeholders across various domains, from Data and Analytics, to Product, Risk and Technology.
- Solve complex problems and assist in devising the most appropriate solution for each situation.
- Leverage your sound understanding of Banking and Financial products.
- Create analytical outcomes that can be automated/scheduled and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Produce accurate work, reliable results, meet tight deadlines, and plan and prioritise workflow.
- Support the development of your fellow team members in their data and analytics journey
- Passionate to execute state-of-the-art Insights Analytics and data-driven reporting solutions to help revolutionize the analytics capability!

- Analytical- thinkers that operate with a customer focused mindset to identify business challenges and propose better and faster reporting solutions in bringing the Data strategy to life!
- Adept with understanding business challenges and finding new insights in managing multiple projects and key priorities to achieve business goals.
- Experience using SQL and Teradata SQL.
- Administration of BI Servers (such as Tableau or Power BI)
- A keen eye for manipulating data and attention to detail in ensuring consistent accuracy of reporting results and data quality.
- Good to have - Python or SAS exposure.
- Risk mindedness when playing with large sets of data.
- An inquisitive mindset in challenging traditional assumptions or reporting dashboards by contributing new ideas for improvement of reporting processes.
