As a Field Services Officer/Inspector you will be responsible for completing routine inspections and ingoing and outgoing reports where required by providing 6 star customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Routine Inspections
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Offer a world class client experience when inspecting the property
- Complete Inspection reports
- General administration duties
- Compile a daily report on each property inspected.
- Provide reports to the appropriate Senior Portfolio Manager
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
- Experience operating Inspection Express, PropertyTree, Airtable & Microsoft
- High level organization and time management skills, proven ability to prioritise
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to support our 6 star customer service focus
- Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain quality of work without sacrificing detail and working to deadlines
- Flourishes in a team environment, ability to collaborate for the achievement of higher level goals
- Current Certificate of Registration and CPD requirements
- Current Driver’s License & full comprehensive car insurance required
- Understanding of Residential Tenancies Act, Anti-Discrimination Act & Privacy Act
