An independent south east real estate agency, with a seamless reputation and family like office environment, are now seeking a Full-time Inspections Manager.
The Role
The primary role of the Inspections Manager is to carry out routine inspections, ingoing & outgoing inspections ensuring our properties are handed over to new tenants in an excellent condition. As such, the role is one where you are primarily out at properties.
The Person
We are looking for a confident, independent thinker with exceptional time-management and communication skills - who will be able to autonomously problem-solve, multi-task and resolve situations in a positive and professional manner.
Must Haves:
- Successful history in a previous role being systemised and organised
- Excellent character
- Time Management Skills & Ability to work under pressure
- Agents Representative Certificate (Cert IV in Real Estate)
- Drivers Licence and Vehicle
