AddressA newly created entry-level position has become available to work alongside our amazing team at RT Edgar Northside.
The successful candidate will be working closely with our Property Management team & will be responsible for assisting the Senior Property Managers in all aspects of Property Management, as well as focusing on Routine, Entry & Exit inspections.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Full-time or Part-time will be considered
- Occasional Saturday required
- Conducting routine inspections & ensuring that any maintenance issues are promptly resolved
- Completing inspection reports
- Completing Entry & Exit Condition reports
- Assisting the Senior Property Managers with maintenance of properties
- Assist with the leasing process, including conducting property inspections & processing rental applications
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- A current Real Estate Agent's representative certificate
- Quick learner - willing to learn new processes, procedures & follow directions
- A Can-do attitude with the ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Proficient with technology & software applications (PropertyMe & Inspection express knowledge a plus)
- High-level attention to detail & the ability to multi-task & prioritise
- Excellent time management & organisation skills
- Excellent communication, both written & verbal
- Valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle
- Willing to provide a valid Police check
