We are a boutique Real Estate agency based in inner Melbourne seeking an Inspections Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager's in all aspects of property management as well as having a focus on leasing and Routine Inspections. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their skills and gain experience in a dynamic and expanding real estate agency.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the leasing process, including conducting property inspections, processing rental applications, and preparing tenancy agreements and other documentation.
Coordinate routine inspections of properties and ensure that any maintenance issues are promptly resolved.
Respond to enquiries from prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the maintenance of properties, liaising with tradespeople and arranging repairs as required.
Contribute to a positive and friendly office environment by building relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
A current Real Estate Agent's Representative certificate.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
A proactive and can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
