We are after an Inspections Manager. This person will be out and about on the road a lot, carrying out prescheduled routines and inspections

Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential.
We are more interested in motivated and passionate individuals. Attitude is everything!
Your duties will include:
- Inspecting rental properties with condition reports, routines inspections etc
- A lot of driving, your appointments will be prescheduled and your diary will always be full
- Liaising with the property management team on your inspections
- General administration.
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential;
- Current Cert 4 in Real Estate or Agents Rep cert.
- High level communication skills;
- The ability to prioritise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- A high attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- The ability to build and maintain a positive culture;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; and
- A valid driver’s licence and car
