Whilst previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage, it's not essential. We are more interested in motivated and passionate individuals. Attitude is everything! Your duties will include: Inspecting rental properties with condition reports, routines inspections etc A lot of driving, your appointments will be prescheduled and your diary will always be full Liaising with the property management team on your inspections General administration. To succeed in this role you'll have: Previous real estate experience is an advantage, however not essential; Current Cert 4 in Real Estate or Agents Rep cert.
