The Role

As our Inspection Manager, you will step into a dynamic support role within our bustling rental department. Picture yourself as the final touch, the cherry on top, ensuring each property meets our exacting standards before it's handed over to its new occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting 3-4 final inspections daily on average, ensuring properties are in pristine condition.
- Meeting with owners at final inspections, providing detailed feedback and reports to the team and Department Manager.
- Utilizing your keen attention to detail to catch even the smallest imperfections, ensuring each property is picture-perfect.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
- Enjoying the freedom of working independently, with occasional team collaboration when needed.
We're seeking a proactive individual who can balance independence with teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Agents Representative Certificate is mandatory
- Current driver’s license with a reliable car and a valid police check
- Experience in property management, particularly in conducting final inspections and liaising with landlords
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- The ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the larger team
