The ATB Morton Group of Companies are seeking an Install Site Labourer to join our team!
CIA Precast & Steel is a leading manufacturer of high-quality, tailored precast concrete and steel fabrication. The purpose of this role is to assist with the construction, repair and modification of precast concrete structures and reinforced steel.

Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and the environment.
- Labouring, manual handling and construction tasks
- Assisting trades
- Erecting and installing precast panels
- General construction duties such as digging, removal of debris, sweeping, shovelling and hosing
- Loading and unloading, packing and unpacking construction supplies
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Site clean up
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience working as a labourer
- Experience working in precast concrete production is highly desirable
- Have a current WHS/OHS construction induction
- Have a current EWP ticket
- Hold a valid driver’s licence
- Forklift Licence preferred not essential
