The Opportunity: We are seeking a Full-Time Installation Technician to join our dynamic Installation Team. If you are energetic and enthusiastic about making a difference in healthcare, we want you to be part of our team!
Role Overview: As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for pre-assembly work in our facility and delivering on-site installations. You will collaborate closely with our installation manager to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-assembly work in our facility.
- Deliver on-site installations.
- Collaborate with the installation manager and internal team.
- Engage with customers on-site.
- Set up various equipment including Mobile Workstations, Wall-mounted Workstations, LCD Monitors, Hot Swap Power Systems, and Ceiling Mount Monitor Arms.
Key Requirements:
- Infectious enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting ability.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
- Current driver's license.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware (preferred but not required).
- Test and Tag Certification (bonus, but not required).
- Compliance with Queensland Health requirements for working in a healthcare setting (bonus, but not required).
- Willingness to work remotely/interstate as required.
- Previous work experience with hand tools and trades highly preferred
