Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our team at the Wacol Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting, delivering, installing, and inspecting a wide range of home appliances, including stoves, cooktops, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, and water systems. The majority of your work will take place at our customers' homes in Brisbane CBD and surrounding areas. Your exceptional organization skills and friendly demeanor will be crucial in ensuring that we fulfill the Winning Group promise of impressing every customer and delivering an exceptional level of service.
- Install, and inspect various home appliances for customers.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks to meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude during interactions with customers.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Certified Plumbers & Gas Fitter license.
- Current Drivers Licence.
- White Card.
- Whitegoods, gas appliances and water installation experience necessary.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full-time Permanent position!
- Monday to Friday; 6.30am to 2.30pm + plenty of overtime
