Our team coordinates across all ICG business lines including Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory; Treasury and Trade Solutions; Markets; Securities Services; Citi Commercial Bank; and Private Banking. The ICG Marketing Manager will be expected to work across these business lines and across various functions, from marketing teams to legal to management, to execute on the priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on key ICG Marketing campaigns to drive connection with clients and enhance Citi's profile and presence
- Execute on thematic thought leadership approach, with a focus on innovation and ESG
- Help to communicate the campaigns, purpose and impact of ICG marketing initiatives to key stakeholders and colleagues
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and marketing teams to source client testimonials for video campaign
- Partner with external production agency to drive forward calendar of recordings and videos, coordinating interviews and content delivery
- Create strong digital content that can be used internally and externally, including videos, emails, social media posts and on our external website, icg.citi.com
- Refine and lead approval process for ICG content across functional teams, including local and global legal, public affairs, and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with the social media team to provide content and continuously optimise campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
- Work with communications colleagues to distribute content internally and externally, identifying new areas of opportunity to promote
- Collaborate with global events management, branding, and other key stakeholders to devise approach and activation plan for organising around large scale, industry events
- Support the global implementation and project management of large scale, industry events from pre to post event
- Liaise with Sponsorships teams to understand and activate against key priorities
- Work closely with management teams, sales/relationship teams, marketing, events management, branding, and global public affairs to deliver content and thought leadership events both in person and in a digital environment
- Support cross-business delegation client meetings (one on ones) and thought leadership events including tracking, registrations, and communications
- Develop and manage communications plans and marketing collateral across event lifecycle including delegate and client communications, invitations and agenda programming
- Global event reporting including calendar coordination, event approvals and post-event metrics review
