the role
Supporting the Business Strategy Manager this role will see you responsible for
- Generating quotes and pricing for clients
- Collating and searching pricing schedules
- Upload and track documents in SharePoint
- Processing orders
- Liaising with client and contractors to organise successful product delivery and set up
- Document and file management
- Data entry
- Creation of work orders
- Ordering promotional material
- Liaising with external marketing company
selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Computer literate (SalesForce and SharePoint experience highly regarded – CRM experience is essential)
- Able to work autonomously
