About the RoleAs an
Instructional Designer, you play a critical role in delivering quality learning outcomes, through design and development, to ensure our employees have the right level of capability, knowledge and confidence to deliver and exceptional client experience.This will involve partnering with the business and immediate team members to review existing, and create new learning content, including e-learning solutions.
Skills and ExperienceTo be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
- Cert. IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in the implementation and delivery of flexible learning solutions
- Extensive experience in learning solution design for operational roles
- Experience in instructional design and courseware development including e-learning
- Experience in consulting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience in researching and documenting current policies and work practices
- Flexibility and adaptable to changes in work environment and prioritisation
