Our client AGL are seeking a Training Coordinator to join them on a contract basis based in Melbourne CBD. This role will be for a six months contract.

The Project Training Co Ordinator/Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful rollout of Salesforce training to our call center teams. You will be responsible (alongside BAU teams and existing project leads) for coordinating and developing end-to-end training schedules, managing dependencies, Quality control of content and tracking ownership of tasks and activities related to training delivery. In addition to coordinating training efforts, you will possess strong instructional design skills to develop engaging and effective training materials when needed.
You will have:
- Proven experience in leading the training coordination activities, project management co-ordination, or a related role, preferably within a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies, with demonstrated ability to design effective learning experiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools and ideally multimedia design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an added advantage.
