The Role & The Team
The role incorporates applicable regulatory standards, knowledge of learning principles, and corporate guidelines in the design and development of learning materials and applies good consultative capability and a strong service delivery ethic in the generation of such materials.
- Develop, maintain or prepare adult-oriented learning materials and resources , a strong focus on digital, e-learning and other technology-enabled formats
- Ability to deliver an excellent user experience and an engaged learning outcomes across remote and digital learning platforms
- Provide the Learning Design and Technology Lead advice and expertise on a variety of contemporary learning methodologies - ranging from traditional classroom, to mobile and e-learning
- Collaborate with the Training Instructor Group, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop new, improve on, and validate learning materials and training resources
- This role will report to Learning Design and Technology Lead

The Person
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in providing the Learning Design and Technology Lead advice and expertise on a variety of contemporary learning methodologies - ranging from traditional classroom, to mobile and e-learning
- Experience dealing with various stakeholders such as – training leads, training instructors, trainees, subject matter expertise in across multiple disciplines, regulatory bodies
- Strong Experience in developing, maintaining or preparing adult-oriented learning materials, especially digital, e-learning and other technology-enabled formats
- Experience in managing the administrative activities related to courseware materials, including publishing, archiving and version control
- Experience dealing with external service providers such as CASA and ASQA
- Experience in courseware maintenance planning
