A bit about the role…
The primary purpose of this position is to develop high quality learning experiences across various platforms for the delivery of Work Packages within the ADF Transition Services Contract, including online learning modules; to support the career transition from military into civilian employment. The role will also be required to create animated and interactive videos or simulations for training.
This role is full time, fixed term until 31/10/2024 on a hybrid working arrangement from our Brisbane office.

About you…
- Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
- Previous experience with LMS/Authoring tools, digital content creation, ability to create animated videos and webinars.
- Relevant Learning and Development experience creating and formulated training materials and E-Learning Modules.
- Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously including but not limited to; new design, review and improvement of existing resources and other projects as required
- High Level communication skills that can be tailored to specific cohorts of people.
- Self-motivated with a strong client focus and desire to be a part of a service organisation.
- State Specific Working with Children/Vulnerable people check.
- National Police Check
- Open drivers’ licence
