Assistant Service Manager will have prime responsibility for providing day to day operational support to the team and

- Provide support with clients, insurers and internal colleagues to deliver the renewal process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide operational support and escalate enquiries to Service Manager
- Handling a range of account management, servicing and administration support
- Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
- Collaborating with teams to improve compliance and to implement process
- On-the-job training provided
