Personal Assistant & Administration Manager
This full-time position is available for immediate commencement. Applications close Monday 6 May 2024, and will be reviewed upon submission. A flexible work pattern of 30 hours/week (prorated) over 5 days in the office will also be considered.
International Conservation Services is Australia’s largest private conservation practice. We conserve a wide range of cultural and heritage objects and artefacts including paintings, furniture, textiles, paper, sculpture, archaeological artefacts and building fabric.
You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations and administrative support for the Head of Conservation (Fine & Decorative Arts). An important part of the role is providing large projects administration and client service, identifying business process efficiencies that utilise IT systems and managing team administration for the Fine & Decorative Arts Division.
The Personal Assistant & Administration Manager supports senior manager communication and correspondence, coordinates and minutes team meetings, organises travel and logistics, manages calendar and job scheduling, and provides general administration to ensure smooth running of the Division. Other responsibilities include assisting with the timely production of quotes for large projects, client communications, coordinating job delivery, invoicing, arranging transport, and drafting and editing reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- A confident, resilient, warm and helpful nature
- Ability to work in a team environment and also independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, web and database applications
- Drivers Licence (essential)
- A keen interest to work in the visual arts/heritage/conservation sector

Salary will be in the range of $ 63,432 - $70,824 plus 11% superannuation.
