As part of one of Australia's fastest growing Insurance Brokerages, an opportunity exists for an experienced Insurance Broker to join the VIM Cover team located in our Sunshine Coast office.

As an Insurance Broker at VIM Cover, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients protect what matters most to them. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions. Your expertise and interpersonal skills will be essential in offering guidance and advice to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage to safeguard their assets and peace of mind. About You:
We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Broker who shares our values and thrives in a positive and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience and Expertise: You have proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in brokering insurance products and a minimum of Tier 2 qualification. Experience with WinBEAT preferred but not essential.
- Customer Centric: You have excellent communication and relationship building skills, allowing you to understand clients' needs, offer personalised solutions, and provide exceptional service.
- Energetic and Youthful: You embrace a dynamic and vibrant work atmosphere, bringing enthusiasm and energy.
