About the Role:
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of SME and mid-market clients.
- Managing renewals and retention of an existing portfolio
- Negotiating and processing renewals, endorsements
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with clients and insurers
- Insurance broking experience
- Solid experience of SME accounts
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Comfortable with various technology and insurance software
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
- Flexibility with work from home fully supported
