We are looking for a Part Time Broker Support/Administrator to assist two Brokers in our office on Causeway Road, Busselton.
We are flexible when it comes to family commitments, so we see the successful applicant working within one of the below scenarios:
- 4 days (Tuesday to Friday), working 09.00am to 5.00pm = 30 hours/week; OR
- 4 days (Tuesday to Friday), working 09.00am to 2.30pm = 20 hours/week; OR
- 5 days (Monday to Friday), working 09.00am to 2.30pm = 25 hours/week.
Hourly rate will be negotiable depending on experience.
If you are comfortable working with a small, busy team and take a proactive approach to your work, we would love to hear from you.
You must have the ability to prioritise tasks, juggling time-sensitive duties, which may include:
- Actioning and developing key communication strategies including SMS, email, phone calls and correspondence as appropriate, to update the client and relevant third parties on loan submission through to settlement.
- Maintaining regular and timely contact with clients during document submission and signing milestones.
- Following up lending teams and credit assessors at various stages during the loan application process.
Time management and organisational skills are important, along with attention to detail and the ability to provide quality customer service to our valued clients.
Intermediate computer skills are required.
The successful applicant will be required to adhere to legislation and comply with Mortgage Choice policies and procedures. They will be an honest, trustworthy and respectful role model who naturally does the right thing by others.
Experience is preferred but not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.
