We are currently looking for an experienced estimator to join the team. This role will be to ensure that all estimates are completed in a timely and competitive manner across all regions in Southeast Queensland ranging from the Gold Coast to Gympie.

- 2 years' experience in a similar role
- QBCC Licence and clear understanding of Australian building codes
- Previous trade experience
- Produce a detailed scope of works and estimated costs associated
- Control and manage a portfolio of multiple projects
- Produce assessment reports and revie external contractor reports to assure all information is accurate
- Coordinate site meetings with subcontractor trades to obtain costs
- Complete estimates in a timely manner to ensure KPIs are met
- Develop relationships with clients to secure ongoing opportunities
