As a Director in the Integrated Content team, you'll bring a positive, eager to learn, growth focused attitude. Attention to detail is paramount as well as your ability to work and thrive under pressure. You will be able to apply a commercial lens to your role and you will be able to manage multiple junior staff members on a 1:1 basis. You will be comfortable in leading and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority. You will have 5+ years experience in roles that have included stakeholder and project management, as well as a remit into all or at last one of the following: media planning and publishing, content production and management.
In this role you will lead the team in bringing our clients' Integrated Content partnerships and sponsorship to life. These content partnerships can span across multiple channels and mediums meaning you'll need an understanding of how content works across all channels including but not limited to r adio/digital audio, digital, TV and print . You will bring a solid understanding of how to connect strategic communication ideas and brand ecosystems with that of our external partners. You will have robust knowledge of content production and will be comfortable attending shoots, recordings and live events.
The team works across multiple categories including Government, Telco, QSR and Retail, and within this role you will get to work with some of Australia's biggest brands learning how to manage and implement complex content driven partnerships and sponsorships whilst forming great business relationships.
Day to day your role will consist of you being the central go to person for all stakeholders and managing a team which includes Account Managers and Executives.
As the ringmaster, your role is to manage stakeholder relationships, own timelines ensuring everyone knows their role and when it's required. You'll be working with a vast mix of people including creatives, planners, producers, editors and talent to name a few, whilst also be the gatekeeper for the client's brand, holding our partners work accountable to the standards briefed.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering content partnerships across a range of clients and across all scales
- Briefing different stakeholders and maintaining good working relationships
- Developing precise and robust project scopes of work, timelines and present when/if necessary.
- Supporting your manager in preparing commercial plans and leading communications with prospective agency client leads for pipeline development.
- Involvement in brainstorms across all Mediabrands agencies.
- Lead effective and efficient production WIPs with relevant stakeholders providing agendas and detailed notes.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Work alongside Connections Design and Planning teams to continuously optimise live projects based on how the idea is performing.
- Feed into post campaign reporting and develop frameworks for applying learnings in future.
- Being proactive and developing new ideas, processes and ways to deliver for our clients
- Participate as needed in new business pitches.
