An exciting opportunity has become available for a professional, organised and customer focused Integrated Services Manager. You will be based at the Watergardens Town Centre - a major regional shopping centre located in Taylors Lakes. You will oversee and manage the operations of the cleaning, security, maintenance, and customer service teams and deliver an exceptionally high level of service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Become a trusted partner and subject matter expert (SME) for the Client.
- Oversee the management of company operations in cleaning, security, customer service and maintenance for our site.
- Meet our contractual obligations and delight our customers by exceeding their expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Client and Stakeholders to report on performance related KPI's and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and collaborate with all stakeholders.
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and inspiration to your teams to deliver in line with company values.
- Identify opportunities to provide innovation and value-add for the client.
- Oversee all financials/budget and control the P&L.
- Identify any problem areas and develop, implement, and monitor appropriate strategies to address these issues.
- Undertake staff training and ensure leadership and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Facilities management experience and a background within a retail/commercial environment.
- Experience in managing diverse teams, performance management and employee relations experience.
- Organisational and planning ability.
- Well-developed administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated client relationship management experience.
- Passion and commitment to deliver customer service to the highest standard.
- Strong influencing skills and the capacity to deal with issues proactively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Strong financial / business acumen and competent computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support your team and the client.
- Familiar with OHS practices and legislation.
- Ability to work on weekends, with set days to be confirmed.
