SalarySecMedic is seeking registered Paramedics, holding post grad qualification in critical care, to join our crew for events and festivals.
To be part of our team, successful applicants will also hold verifiable experience as a paramedic in a jurisdictional ambulance service.
Secmedic seek continuous demonstration of professional leadership from our qualified paramedics. Critical Care paramedics move between the field and the Medical Tent, they are involved in clinical decision making and work closely with the Medical Commander and Lead Doctor, they verify competency of staff, provide mentoring and training, and work collaboratively across all health disciplines to support an event.
For Critical Care Paramedics, SecMedic will provide continued professional development courses which include mass casualty. These programs are company funded and available by invitation.
Our paramedics have options to work locally or travel interstate as part of the clinical team. We provide 2-3 months advance notice of events as we recognise that many of our team are juggling full time rosters with a state based emergency health service or hospital. This is a great opportunity to retain full-time employment and work in pre-hospital to advance your CV and have fun with a great team.
